called and claimed waswas ups and wanted to know when I would be home and had a delivery from publishers celaring house Big scam

I keep getting calls from this number on my cell phone. The calls come during the day and as late as 10:00PM when I am asleep. I also get the same number calling my home phone. I have not answered any of them.

Its A Message from Capital one collection agency out of nashville tennessee this call is originating from Ben wheeler Texas they are using locked id's only using hired people from many areas to do their dirty work that company is under a Law Suit Now For Severe harrasment my number that has been called by then over 25 times in a month the previous owners of the number i have now owed many debts they are spanish i have told this bunch of jerks before to Quit calling it because the people dont own it no more they continue to call. States that he is calling from the law offices of Cyber Crime Unit and has multiple law suits against me. I will be arrested, as well as my supervisor. I called the number back and spoke to "Alex" who stated that he had just been on the phone with his attorney. He started going into his speech about my "lawsuits" and I explained to him that he was in severe violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act. He said something a long the lines of, "it doesn't matter to me anymore" and hung up.

Same issue as others are stating. For months I rcvd a call from a guy with heavy foreign accent and now a woman with the some threats stating the call is time sensitive , have me or my attorney call and if I don't then let GOD be with me.... This is a sure way for me not to return your call, threats and then putting God into the conversation as if we have that kind of relationship? This is just tasteless.

I DON'T WANT THESE PEOPLE CALLING MY CELL PHONE. I GET CHARGED TOO MUCH, AND THEY STAY ON THE PHONE TOO LONG.
